The LABC Built in Quality Award Ceremony took place on 18 February 2005 at the Holland House Hotel in Cardiff.

The Local Authority Building Control (LABC) in South Wales covers all forms of building regulation projects of any size in South Wales. W.R.W. Construction Ltd was nominated by the Ceredigion Authority Building Control Surveyors for the award for the construction of the new facilities at the Urdd Centre in Llangrannog.
Nine South Wales Authorities arranged the event in Cardiff with W.R.W. winning the Award in the Large Commercial Category.
Well done to all who were involved in this project for achieving the high standard of quality workmanship that was required in order to earn this award.
