Investors in People Success

Dr Pat Evans visited the Company on 22 November 2004 to conduct an Assessment for the achievement of Investor in People status for the Company. She spend the day interviewing employees on site and at Head Office in order to make her assessment of the Company and we were delighted with the news that we had been successful.



The Company has now achieved Investor in People status.

The achievement of the standard does not stop at the initial award, but is an ongoing assessment of the Company in order to retain this status. Therefore the new practices and prcedures, such as the formal Employee Appraisals recently undertaken, will continue. These new practices will be revised and improved over time in order that we have suitable and appropriate systems in place for our Company.
